Manage organizations, inspect members, create teams, and issue invitations for shared translation ownership. Session auth only.

Behavior

Organization creation is only valid from a personal session scope. Once you are already scoped into an organization or team, create organization requests are rejected.
Team membership routes mutate organization members only. They do not create users or accept invitations.
